Michael, MA

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

One of the most meaningful moments in therapy is when someone pauses and says, “I’ve never told anyone this before.” That kind of openness doesn’t happen by accident, it happens when someone feels genuinely safe, understood, and not judged.

I strive to create that kind of space.

Many of the people I work with are high-functioning on the outside but quietly carrying stress, self-doubt, frustration, or relationship strain. Some are men who have spent years feeling pressure to manage everything alone. Some are couples who love each other but feel stuck in painful, repetitive conversations. Others are neurodivergent individuals navigating ADHD, autism, burnout, masking, or the exhaustion of trying to function in systems that weren’t built for them.

My approach is collaborative and flexible. I care less about applying a standard formula and more about understanding you, how you think, what matters to you, and what change would actually feel meaningful in your life. Therapy may include perspective shifts, practical tools, or structured skill-building, depending on what fits best.

If traditional therapy has ever felt vague, overly abstract, or not quite aligned with how your brain works, we can adjust. Therapy should fit you, not the other way around.

You are the expert in your own experience. My role is to help you make sense of patterns, build skills where needed, and move toward stronger relationships and a steadier internal foundation.

If you’re ready to begin, I would be honoured to work alongside you.
