This 8-session IFS (internal family systems) art therapy group will focus on building a stronger relationship with one’s Self. It will include visual arts interventions to support personal exploration, witnessing and healing, along with opportunities for written reflection and sharing with the group. This group has been created to support women with experiences of anxiety/depression, trauma, grief, motherhood, career, and any other meaningful struggles or experiences in their life.

No art experience necessary! Open to women age 18 +

$600 total ($75 all inclusive per session)

Closed group (4-8 participants) with no ongoing enrolment to build comfort, safety, and therapeutic process
