Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

You can’t go back and change the beginning, but you can start where you are and change the ending.” – C.S. Lewis

Life happens with us, to us, and around us. It can tangle our thoughts and feelings with expectations and disappointment, leaving us unsure about how to take care of our mental well-being.

Reaching out for help can be one of the hardest parts of the journey, and I applaud your bravery in taking these first steps. Together, we will explore what is working for you and what is not; we will gain clarity of your needs, the direction you want your life to take, and what is needed to get you there. I will meet you with compassion, curiosity, empowerment, and respect. Our space is one where you can feel comfortable showing up as you are, where you can think, feel, and speak without judgment.

I tailor my support to your unique needs and pull from trauma-informed modalities of CBT, DBT, person-centred, and psychodynamic therapy, among others. I work with youth ages 7+, teens, and adults who are struggling with a myriad of issues, often consisting of depression, stress, ADHD, relationship issues, self-esteem, emotional regulation, guilt, and shame. Additionally, I am passionate about working with survivors of abuse and neglect.

I have completed a master’s degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University, am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the CRPO and CCPA, and am a registered provider for those insured through Blue Cross. I obtained my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Neuroscience from Carleton University and a diploma in Addiction and Community Service Work from Willis College.

It takes a lot of courage to seek professional support. Psychotherapy can be terrifying and beautiful, challenging and rewarding. There is profound peace and power in being truly seen and heard; it would be a privilege to journey with you toward a healthier and happier you.
