Registered Psychotherapist (qualifying)

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who works with teens and adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and relational challenges. Many of the clients I support come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or stuck in patterns shaped by past experiences. They may be high functioning on the outside, yet inside feel disconnected from themselves, unsure how to slow down, or struggling to feel safe and at ease in their relationships.

My work is trauma-informed, compassionate, and relational. I integrate approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and body-based practices, mindfulness based and culturally responsive therapy to help clients better understand their inner world, process unresolved experiences, and build a stronger sense of safety within themselves. Therapy with me focuses on gently understanding what you’ve carried and why, and creating space for healing at a pace that feels supportive.

I believe therapy can be a place to reconnect with yourself, rebuild trust in your emotions, and move toward a life with more ease, clarity, and self-compassion. I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel seen, supported, and met as they are.
