Megan is a bilingual therapist with advanced training in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). She is also a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and has training in clinical supervision.
Megan works with a diverse population, including older adults, adults, couples, families, adolescents, and children. Her therapeutic approach is fluid, individualized, and intentional, allowing her to adapt interventions to meet each client’s unique needs and lived experience.
She specializes in supporting individuals navigating PTSD, complex trauma, anxiety, depression, relational challenges, family dynamics, and addictions. Megan’s work is grounded in a trauma-informed, client-centered framework, with a strong emphasis on safety, connection, and meaningful, sustainable change.
