Le d\u00e9but du mois de f\u00e9vrier marque le d\u00e9but d&rsquo;un mois souvent rempli de r\u00e9solutions et de grands objectifs. Nombreux sont ceux qui entament la nouvelle ann\u00e9e civile en aspirant \u00e0 un mode de vie plus sain, \u00e0 des r\u00e9alisations professionnelles ou \u00e0 un d\u00e9veloppement personnel. Si la d\u00e9finition d&rsquo;intentions est une pratique merveilleuse, l&#8217;empressement \u00e0 poursuivre ces aspirations conduit parfois \u00e0 un stress auto-impos\u00e9 et \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement. Le d\u00e9but d&rsquo;une nouvelle ann\u00e9e symbolise un nouveau d\u00e9part, offrant la possibilit\u00e9 de r\u00e9fl\u00e9chir au pass\u00e9 et de fixer de nouvelles intentions pour l&rsquo;avenir. Elle consiste \u00e0 se traiter avec la m\u00eame gentillesse et la m\u00eame compr\u00e9hension que l&rsquo;on offrirait \u00e0 un ami. Ce concept, d\u00e9fendu par des psychologues comme Kristin Neff, PhD, met l&rsquo;accent sur trois \u00e9l\u00e9ments cl\u00e9s : la bienveillance envers soi-m\u00eame, l&rsquo;humanit\u00e9 commune et la pleine conscience. La bienveillance consiste \u00e0 \u00eatre doux et compr\u00e9hensif avec soi-m\u00eame, en particulier lorsque l&rsquo;on faiblit ou que l&rsquo;on subit des revers dans ses activit\u00e9s. Au lieu d&rsquo;une autocritique s\u00e9v\u00e8re, la bienveillance nous encourage \u00e0 reconna\u00eetre nos imperfections avec empathie. L&rsquo;humanit\u00e9 commune nous rappelle que nous ne sommes pas seuls dans nos luttes. D&rsquo;autres personnes sont confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis similaires, et la compr\u00e9hension de cette exp\u00e9rience commune peut r\u00e9duire les sentiments d&rsquo;isolement et d&rsquo;inad\u00e9quation. La pleine conscience nous encourage \u00e0 \u00eatre pr\u00e9sents et conscients de nos pens\u00e9es et de nos \u00e9motions sans porter de jugement. Elle nous permet d&rsquo;observer notre dialogue int\u00e9rieur et de choisir des r\u00e9ponses plus saines.  <\/p>\n<h3>Les r\u00e9solutions et leurs pi\u00e8ges<\/h3>\n<p>Les r\u00e9solutions du Nouvel An s&rsquo;accompagnent souvent de la pression de la perfection, ce qui peut \u00eatre source de stress et de d\u00e9ception. Nous nous fixons des attentes \u00e9lev\u00e9es et risquons de nous autocritiquer \u00e0 l&rsquo;exc\u00e8s si nous ne les atteignons pas imm\u00e9diatement. Par exemple, si votre r\u00e9solution est de faire plus d&rsquo;exercice, vous pouvez commencer avec enthousiasme. Mais lorsque la vie devient tr\u00e9pidante et que vous manquez quelques s\u00e9ances d&rsquo;entra\u00eenement, votre critique int\u00e9rieur peut se manifester par un discours n\u00e9gatif : \u00ab\u00a0J&rsquo;ai \u00e9chou\u00e9. Je ne peux pas m&rsquo;accrocher \u00e0 quoi que ce soit. Je n&rsquo;atteindrai jamais mes objectifs. Ce discours n\u00e9gatif n&rsquo;\u00e9rode pas seulement l&rsquo;estime de soi, il sabote \u00e9galement votre motivation et votre d\u00e9termination. <\/p>\n<h3>Pr\u00e9venir l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement professionnel et le stress<\/h3>\n<p>Alors, comment \u00e9viter l&rsquo;\u00e9puisement et le stress tout en poursuivant nos objectifs pour la nouvelle ann\u00e9e ? La r\u00e9ponse r\u00e9side dans l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration de l&rsquo;autocompassion dans notre approche : <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Fixez des objectifs r\u00e9alistes :<\/strong> Commencez par fixer des objectifs r\u00e9alisables et durables. Plut\u00f4t que de viser la perfection, concentrez-vous sur les progr\u00e8s. Si votre objectif est de faire plus d&rsquo;exercice, commencez par une routine g\u00e9rable qui s&rsquo;adapte \u00e0 votre emploi du temps.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Pratiquez l&rsquo;\u00e9veil de la conscience : <\/strong>Soyez attentif \u00e0 votre dialogue int\u00e9rieur. En cas d&rsquo;autocritique, faites une pause et remplacez-la par un discours bienveillant et constructif. Rappelez-vous que les revers sont normaux et qu&rsquo;ils font partie du voyage.  <\/li>\n<li><strong>Cultivez la bienveillance envers vous-m\u00eame<\/strong>: Traitez-vous comme un ami cher. Offrez-vous des mots d&rsquo;encouragement et de soutien, en particulier lorsque vous \u00eates confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis. <\/li>\n<li><strong>Embrassez l&rsquo;humanit\u00e9 commune<\/strong>: Rappelez-vous que tout le monde est confront\u00e9 \u00e0 des obstacles. Partagez vos exp\u00e9riences et vos d\u00e9fis avec des amis qui vous soutiennent ou avec un mentor.
