travaille avec des adolescents et des adultes confront\u00e9s \u00e0 des traumatismes, \u00e0 l&rsquo;anxi\u00e9t\u00e9 et \u00e0 des difficult\u00e9s relationnelles. De nombreux clients que j&rsquo;accompagne viennent en th\u00e9rapie en se sentant accabl\u00e9s, \u00e9puis\u00e9s \u00e9motionnellement ou coinc\u00e9s dans des sch\u00e9mas fa\u00e7onn\u00e9s par des exp\u00e9riences pass\u00e9es. Ils peuvent avoir un bon fonctionnement ext\u00e9rieur, mais se sentir d\u00e9connect\u00e9s d&rsquo;eux-m\u00eames, ne pas savoir comment ralentir, ou lutter pour se sentir en s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et \u00e0 l&rsquo;aise dans leurs relations.  <\/p>\n<p>Mon travail est bas\u00e9 sur les traumatismes, la compassion et la relation. J&rsquo;int\u00e8gre des approches telles que les syst\u00e8mes familiaux internes (IFS), les pratiques somatiques et corporelles, la th\u00e9rapie bas\u00e9e sur la pleine conscience et la th\u00e9rapie adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 la culture pour aider les clients \u00e0 mieux comprendre leur monde int\u00e9rieur, \u00e0 traiter les exp\u00e9riences non r\u00e9solues et \u00e0 construire un sentiment de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 plus fort en eux-m\u00eames. La th\u00e9rapie avec moi se concentre sur la compr\u00e9hension en douceur de ce que vous avez port\u00e9 et pourquoi, et sur la cr\u00e9ation d&rsquo;un espace de gu\u00e9rison \u00e0 un rythme qui vous soutient.  <\/p>\n<p>Je crois que la th\u00e9rapie peut \u00eatre un lieu pour se reconnecter avec soi-m\u00eame, reconstruire la confiance en ses \u00e9motions et avancer vers une vie avec plus de facilit\u00e9, de clart\u00e9 et d&rsquo;auto-compassion.
