I believe everyone should have the opportunity to learn the functioning of their own minds and understand their emotions and behaviors. Doing so can truly help one understand and internalize that every emotion is valid and can help us decrease or eliminate self-judgment or negative self-talk. I also strongly believe that human connection has healing properties. In practice, I utilize a holistic, client-centered approach and am committed to creating a warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative therapeutic relationship so that you feel safe and respected. Together, we will explore your personal experiences and struggles to discover how they impact your wellbeing. I strive to help you regain your strength and resilience so that you may make lasting changes and live the life you want.
